Setup Binance Spot API

  1. Enter the API Management section

    Start by clicking the person icon on the top right corner of the screen and proceed to select the API Management option in the dropdown.

  2. Click the Create API button

    Proceed to provide a name for the API in the input box and click on the Create API button. Depending on if you already have other APIs created, the input box and the button might appear in different parts of the screen.

  3. Security verification

    After clicking the Create API button, a modal should pop up which will require you to insert an Email-verification code and a 2-factor (2FA) google verification code.

    The email verification code is sent to your email-account, you will need to click the Send Code button as displayed below.

  4. API permissions

    Your API is now created. Before providing the API information to Cornix, you will need to make sure that the API restrictions match the image below. Specifically, make sure that the API permissions include:

    1. Enable reading

      Enable Spot & Margin Trading
      In addition, make sure that the Unrestricted option is selected in the IP access restrictions section.

  5. Provide API info to Cornix

    The last step is to provide the API Key and the Secret Key to Cornix. This will allow Cornix to trade in your Binance account on your behalf.

  6. Assuming you are using the Telegram bot, you will be able to add this information in the following screen:
    1. Please make sure that you provide the API Key and Secret in the right format, with the API Key followed by a comma and then the Secret Key.

Setup Binance Future API

  1. Enter the API Management section

    Select your API Key from last steps, and edit it.

  2. API permissions

    Make sure that the API restrictions match the settings below. Specifically, make sure that the API permissions include:

    1. Enable Reading
    2. Enable Spot & Margin Trading
    3. Enable Futures
    4. In addition, make sure that the Unrestricted option is selected in the IP access restrictions section.

  3. Provide API info to Cornix

    The last step is to provide the API Key and the Secret Key to Cornix. This will allow Cornix to trade in your Binance account on your behalf.

  4. Assuming you are using the Telegram bot, you will be able to add this information in the following screen:
    1. Please make sure that you provide the API Key and Secret in the right format, with the API Key followed by a comma and then the Secret Key.
